Fancy a quick dip in the ocean before your morning coffee? Step straight onto the sand and discover one of the most pristine and quietest of Adelaide’s metropolitan beaches. The water is safe for children, perfect for kayaking, kite surfing, fishing and sail boarding. You won’t want to leave!

The restaurants and eateries live up to Adelaide’s reputation for good food. There are a wide range of cuisines on offer for all budgets, from takeaway and tapas to fine dining. For breakfast you should try the Cooks Pantry @ Grange, Cibo @ Henley Square, Whipped @Semaphore, or The Corner Store @Semaphore. For a delicious lunch / dinner try some of our favourites such as Cafe Salsa @ West Beach, Estia @ Henley Square or Buddhas Kitchen @ Semaphore .. The choices of cafes and restaurants would take you weeks to exhaust. If you prefer to cook at home you can buy fresh produce at the many local grocery stores and butchers or if you feel like a drive along the coast, experience the Willunga Farmer’s Market open on Saturday mornings.

The local supermarket is located in Henley Square is only a few minuets drive, or 20 min walk along Grange beach. If you are after just a few items there is a small deli and bakery on Jetty Street a few minutes walk along beach.
